They gave me Adderall, anyone else?

I have ADHD, and got 20 mg dosage of XR Adderall. I've lost 20 pounds, and feel great. They said if I don't gain they will lower or take me off, but I did pretty good and maintained. They said they might just switch me over to Qelbree. Any tips? (On the ADHD life part, not the meds part, not trying to get flagged lol)
