Is nostalgia quest worth it?

So with the hype around Infinity I'm motivated to finally Max put a character of mine and put some hours in. But I have a choice between 1 lvl 40 character with nothing of note on the account but it's 12 years old or a lvl 80 account with 40k acs, dark box/key and overall more completion.

Wondering whether the unlocks from the older account would be worth it over the more complete account plus acs?

Any advice appreciated
