RX 9070 XT monitor choice MO27Q2 vs AW2725D vs AW2725Q 1440p or 4K

I recently got a RX 9070 XT and I am trying to decide which monitor to pair it with. The options I am considering are the Gigabyte MO27Q2, Alienware AW2725D, and Alienware AW2725Q.

I have heard a lot of good things about the Alienware models, and Monitors Unboxed recommended the AW2725D over the MO27Q2 mainly because it is cheaper while also offering a higher refresh rate.

The current prices I am seeing in USD are:

MO27Q2 $310 from an eBay store

AW2725D $420 from Dell though I have seen it drop to around $380 every few months

AW2725Q $500

I am also unsure whether I should go with 1440p or 4K for the 9070 XT. I am not sure how FSR 4 performance compares to native 1440p or to running 4K with quality upscaling.

If I do go with 1440p, is the MO27Q2 noticeably worse than the AW2725D? I like the Gigabyte mainly because of the lower price and the built in KVM switch. I also do not really care about 280 Hz versus 240 Hz. What matters more to me is image quality and colors, and I assume the response times should be similar if both are running around 240 Hz.
