Greed Island and Yorknew City should've switched order

First thing I'd like to say is I actually love GI, and the only things I'd change about it are how it could lead into yorknew.

I have a couple of reasons I think switching Yorknew and GI would've been an improvement:

For starters, I think it would lessen the hate that GI gets for having to follow up on the insanity that is Yorknew city, as well as being sandwiched between CA. Also, I personally think GI being the first major arc would lessen the blow of Genthru being such a weak villain, chalking it up to him being an introductory villain.

For me personally, the tonal whiplash of going from the end of yorknew then instantly into GI felt like a regression. Though some may argue an arc with levity was needed between yorknew and CA, I feel like as a story goes on and matures, so do the themes and tone. As such, starting off with an admittedly fun and adventurous arc would be an excellent follow up to the boys learning nen in heaven's arena.

- Not that it's a requirement, but if they had been trained by Bisky before running into the Phantom Troupe, they could've been of much bigger help to Kurapika. IMO, it felt weird for Gon and Killua to not have a single moment of PHYSICALLY becoming stronger throughout the whole yorknew city arc.

- In that same vein, it would also be so much more believable that Kurapika became as strong as he did with more time - aka the time gap that GI could provide.

Some theories I have for how the story might've needed to change in order for the timeline to make sense:

- Ging isn't a POS absentee father, and leaves Gon a copy of the game alongside the ring and memory card. They would progress through GI as the arc is already written, barring any lore from yorknew city.

- When they finally beat the game, Gon has Accompany On - but hesitates to teleport to Ging because he feels he isn't strong enough to be proud of meeting him. Instead, they return to the real world and with the help of some filler, they stumble into learning about the job that Kurapika is on - hunting the Troupe. Yorknew would change in terms of Gon and Killua's initial purpose, but that gets covered by the fact that Kurapika is at the auction anyways to find the Troupe.

- A lot of yorknew would probably be different, but I believe the major plot points could stay the same.

- After helping defeat the Phantom Troupe, more specifically an actual 1v2 between the boys and Nobunaga, Gon feels confident enough to meet Ging.

Last thing I want to say is HxH is a masterpiece as is, this post is purely a random thought I've had throughout my numerous rewatches of the anime. Feel free to flame me for tampering with Togashi's genius
