Svt bradycardia

I was diagnosed with svt in summer past, but have been having episodes of dizziness and extreme fatigue when ive been on my feet for a few hours at work. My hr drops to around 38 during these episodes. I feel like I need to fight to keep my heart rate up to stop the dizziness

I have been to hospital and am told its just a good resting hr because im a fit health male. Ive tried to explain that my sleeping resting hr is 50 plus, and how uncomfortable these episodes make me feel. I have started forgetting things. Well, so my family tell me... because, i can't remember 😅

Waiting on cardiology for an ablation. 12 month wait list 😭

Im just wondering if anyone has had something like this. At a bit of a loss really.
