**Playstyle, Heavyweight Footsie:** Heavy is your typical big body fighter, a heavy fighter who can deal large damage. He sports good range with his normals thanks to his big arms, and his guns allowing him to deal damage from a safe distance and apply pressure. But much like your typical big body character, he is slow, easy to combo, and despite having guns, struggles against zoners. Heavy is a fighter who you must be careful not to overextend, as doing so can leave him vulnerable and taking big damage.

**Jab:** Heavy will have a two hit jab that has him give the one two with both of his fists. It’s quick speed makes it one of his safest attacks and a good defensive option.

**Dash attack:** Dash attack: Heavy will dash forward to shoulder tackle anyone in his way. A reference to Meet the Spy, this tackle can be used to kill at high percentages or to catch poor placement in neutral.

**Side tilt:** Heavy performs a hock punch. This attack is armor on startup, allowing Heavy to win trades.

**Up tilt:** A low to high uppercut, based on his melee critical hit animation. Though good for starting combos, it cannot hit opponents from behind.

**Down tilt:** Heavy does a strong hitting forward punch that launches the opponent forward. Can be used to kill at the ledge, a similar use to Charizard headbutt down tilt.

**Side smash:** Heavy will punch forward with a boxing glob called The Kill Gloves of Boxing (K,G,B). This attack can be angled up or down. This move would have a chance to random crit, doing two times the damage.

**Up Smash:** With the K,G,B Heavy swings both of his fists upward, with their being a sweep stop the moment the first collide with each other. This move also has a chance to random crit.

**Down Smash:** Heavy performs a spinning lariat, like that of a certain other Russian fighter, launching opponents on contact.

**Neutral air:** Heavy does a forward punch in front of him similar to Kazuya’s. This attack launches the opponent in a downward angle, with you able to get follow ups close to the ground.

**Forward air:** Heavy does a high to low downward punch that can spike, much like Mario’s and Ganon’s.

**Back air:** Heavy performs a back hand. Its quick speed makes it one of his best moves in neutral, so always remember to spy check.

**Up air:** Heavy effectively fist bumps both of his hands upward, sports good launch power.

**Down air:** Heavy lifts both of his arms up and punches them downwards for a double hammer punch. This strong move also has the ability to spike opponents.

**Grab and Pummel:** Heavy will grab with one arm and pummel by head butting.

**Forward throw:** Heavy will throw the opponents to the ground in front of them, bouncing them away.

**Back throw:** Heavy does a full on Supplex to the opponent, launching them backwards.

**Up throw:** Heavy puts the opponents on his back as he jumps up and lands back down, breaking the opponents back and launching them upward.

**Down throw:** Heavy throws the opponent on his knee, putting them in a knockdown state. This does surprisingly strong damage for a down throw and can also set up tech chases into moves like down tilt.

**Neutral special, Sasha/The Minigun:** Holding the Neutral special, Heavy pulls out the minigun and spins it up. Once fully spined, he will fire a barrage of bullets. These bullets will push opponents back. The Minigun does have fall off, meaning they lose hit stun at far ranges, but they will still do damage. There is also a wind hit box to push opponents away once they enter your non-hit stun range. You can move left or right by moving the control stick left and right, but you won’t be able to turn around. You can also angle the move up or down by moving the control stick up or down. The gun also has an ammo limit, with you needing to wait for ammo to regenerate. Overall, the Minigun is a close to mid-range weapon that is good for racking up damage in a short time, but can leave you vulnerable if you don’t position yourself properly.

**Side special, Shotgun:** Heavy fires the shotgun forward. These shots are quick and the bullets spread out as they travel. You can move left, right, and jump while firing. In comparison to the minigun, the shotgun is quicker and can be used for K,Os at close range. However, the shotgun has six shots in the clip and must be rebooted before you can fire again. While the minigun is used for capitalizing on openings for big damage, the shotgun is used for poke pressure and being one of his best neutral tools.

**Up special, Gloves of Running Urgently:** For Heavy’s up special, he’ll pull out the gloves of running urgently, or the GRU for short. Heavy then ready has he then moves quickly dashes in one of 5 directions, straight up, diagonally left or right, and straight left or right, punches forwards as he does. The punches do strong damage, but this have quite a bit of endlag, and is overall exploitable as a recovery.

**Down Special, Lunch Items:** Tied to a meter that fills up over time, Heavy can pick between one of three foods to eat. These being the Sandvich, Dalokohs Bar, and the Buffalo Steak Sandvich.

**The Sandvich** will heal him over time as he eats it. However, Heavy will be unable to move while eating, allowing opponents to attack him. If he is hit, the sandwich will drop as a food item anyone can pick up. This is best used when you are in an advantageous state with your opponent far away. And with your hard launching attacks, it shouldn't be too hard to get into a situation like that.

**The Dalokohs Bar** heals a smaller amount, but in exchange, Heavy gains armor on all not grab attacks, and moves that already have armor get buff to tank higher percentages. Heavy’s side tilt especially becomes a monster of a poke tool.

**The Steak** is more unique from the other foods as it doesn’t heal. Instead, it will act as an install, giving heavy a small speed buff, and his melee attacks do more damage. However, Heavy weight is reduced during the Steak effects, making him easier to launch.

**Final Smash, Ubercharge:** Heavy will call on the assistance of Medic to uber him. With heavy glowing, he will fire his minigun, with all his shots being critical hits. This acts as a laser type final smash similar to Samus or Inklings. Once done, the Heavy will thank the Medic as he disappears.
