How do I deal with a salty coworker that makes a job I love difficult?

I really love my job but I have a coworker (36F) who makes things hard. She has been there longer than most of us and is very knowledgable. I have done good work and started to get compliments from management here and there, it seemed like she wasn’t happy because she would just not say anything and was the only person to not say good job or show any support. She has told others things I’ve said in confidence and I feel like she’s always looking for a chance to make me look bad or twist my words. Others that have also been there for a long time say they’ve dealt with similar things with her in the past when she feels “threatened” by them, but I seem to be her target now. She’s unhappy in her personal life and is always jealous of others who have happy relationships too. I thought about going to management myself but I know she will say anything she can to make me sound bad so it will just make it worse. Any advice ?
