Wont let me harvest swamp hive

I destroyed the base that was polluting the area and it still won’t let me harvest it. I tried inspecting it first, the game registers it and it says swamp hive, but there’s no prompt to harvest. I tried pressing the appropriate controls too, but nothing happens. Please help, because I’ve spend the last few days on this one quest only to find out today that there are two swamp lowland biomes and that I was looking in the wrong one and trying to destroy the wrong base. Now I finally have it right and it hits me with this shit.
