Global transfer program

I have had my Amex green card for 6 months and my Amex cobalt for 1 month, I want to now use the global transfer program program to start building history in the states everyone says go for the HILTON HONOURS CARD because apparently it’s the easiest to get but I want to get the BLUE CASH EVERYDAY CARD I was wondering if I can just get it instead and if it’s equally as easy to qualify for as the Hilton card.
