Living based on ideologies. Why is it so hard

I am very much against capitalism and despise the fact that the largest capitalist nation (you know who) owns most of the market in the commonwealth nations including mine. Even though I desparately want to see their downfall, I feel guilty and hypocritical. I use their technology in everyday life, their gadgets, their streaming platforms, consume their content. I try to stay away from food giants, but I feel like there is nothing I can do, because to be honest, they provide the world with the best technology. I need to feel worthy of myself when I talk about something I stand for. What can I do?
