Working at Coles.

Hi,

I have just started at Coles. Applied for a level 1 team member role but the store manager has put me as deputy manager for 2 nights and 1 day managing Dairy and another 2 days working Grocery.

I'm on $27.14 but I'm feeling like anyone else covering duty manager roles would be on slightly more. It's a lot more responsibility that just a normal level 1 team member packing shelves.

I also get a bus to work but I finish at midnight and there is no busses available so I have to take a taxi home. I read in the agreement that I might be eligible for a reimbursement but I'm not totally sure. Just looking for some advice/Guidance.
