Asuka Card/Succession IS Indeed Bugged

I've seen a few people talk about this, some in favor some against, but it seems as though this shit is bugged somehow or I'm just retarded

You get 9 copies of Asuka from the collab pass. 1 Base Copy - 5 Copies for Ascension - 1 Copy for Resonance - 2 Copies for Transcendence. You CAN forgot the Resonance Copy and use it for Succession to get some yellow gems

I fucked up and clicked Ascension ONCE and it immediately ate all my copies. Then I had 3 left and only 2 necessary for Transcendence. I clicked it, and it ate 3 copies, and did NOT give me Succession nor the yellow gem it should've rewarded me

I WANT the card so I used my yearly reset on Asuka. Used one copy on Resonance, then pressed Ascension and it ate 5 copies, then Transcend and it left me right back where I began. All 8 copies used, but this time I have the card

Whatever's going on, this shit's bugged and it IS indeed eating an extra copy when it shouldn't be.
