Fix FNV by buying Ultimate Edition and using Wildcard Modpack?

My FNV used to crash before (pure vanilla and no mods). Used to try and I was so bad that I crashed everything. Never played FNV again. Even when I clear files n stuff

But I wanna play this Modpack. And since I need DLCs. Will buying the ultimate edition and setting up this mod pack fix issues + allow me to play this?
