You’re on the market for an apartment and you can only afford to split the place with someone. So you go on Craiglist, and find an apartment listing that would be a perfect setup: a spacious apartment with all the amenities and utilities, and it so happens to be found near the gayberhood in town (whether or not that’s relevant to you is your choice).

You schedule a tour and head over one day. The guy looking for a roommate, Trevor, seems pretty cool and well adjusted, and he’s even attractive, a very unexpected bonus.

The space checks out so you linger for a second and talk logistics with Trevor, and suss out the overall vibe of the place. You talk important roommate details like cleanliness, noise level, waking hours… and very importantly rules about sex in the apartment. Who you’re bringing back, when can you, do you send a text beforehand, etc. almost like you were back in college sharing a dorm. You even discuss raunchier details, like you learn that Trevor is not shy about moaning when a guy is blowing his back out for example, which is also how you learn he’s gay and he’s a bottom.

Naturally the conversation gets horny, and you realize you’re both sexually active enough that all that sex talk was warranted. All the blood started to head down south, and you’re getting along so well with Trevor that the next thing you know, you’re leaving your first month’s deposit inside of Trevor’s ass on the couch…
