Why Indian have such postive opinion about African Americans but african american don't have a good opinion about Indians

( this one is very specific)I have seen many indians get offended on internet when someone bad mouth black people , but when black people joke about Indian stereotype or make fun of Indian accent, indians don't get offended and just laugh along. It's because of inferiority complex?
