Stuck in a decision between gaming laptops

So I am stuck in between 2 choices of gaming laptops with the same price but different specs:

Acer Predator Helios 16 Laptop with i9 14900HX combined with 150W RTX 4070 and
ASUS TUF Laptop with Ryzen 9 8940HX combined with 115W RTX 5070

Both have same display, ram and ssd..., I would like to know what Laptop is better for a purchase since i think the 150W 4070 can perform better than the 115W 5070. Please give me your opinions.
