Significant Audio Bug (Crew Chat)

This has been happening since the slam, where ill load in and randomly someone in my pre-made crew cant hear one other person, despite that person being able to hear them.

It seems to be completely random who it happens to, not sure if its related to crossplay because me and my fiancee play on pc/Xbox?

Sucks because it happens probably 25% of the time, which is way to frequently.

Idk if others are experiencing this as well, but id think lots of others wouldve been talking about it since it basically kills runs.
