I'm late diagnosed AuDHD at 34 in burnout
I've ran my own restaurant for 6 years with my chef boyfriend but due to my physical and mental health decline we had to close.
I tried becoming a dog walker just before my diagnosis and after closing our restaurant but soon realised walking 20-24k steps a day is not sustainable for me. Due to the stress I put on my body and mind I developed a chronic illness and now I can't work. Which unfortunately I can not afford. I was always passionate about taking photos and making videos and I'm now trying my luck at YouTube (and digital downloads once I have the capacity to do so). I'm not sure if it's allowed but my channel is about adjusting life after a late diagnoses at 34.
Hoping to create a safe space for people like me, as I have no close family or friends. They all deny my ADHD and autism diagnosis because I have been so good at masking. Which I can't do anymore..
If you're looking for a channel that is no talking, only subtitles about figuring life out or just need a body double. Please feel free to subscribe to my channel;

I'm uploading long(ish) form every Sunday at 5pm and short forms about my pets and thoughts almost daily.
I'm really looking forward to connecting people like me. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Lots of love, Alex
