Unlocking advanced BIOS options on Lenovo ThinkServer TS150. Is there any way to unlock the advanced settings on this model?

Hello, I wanted to enable PCI above 4G decoding and enable the integrated graphics on my Intel Xeon while also using my dedicated graphics card. Is there any way to unlock these settings?
