Need advice for setting up NJ Elder Home Care services

Hello.

My parents are at the one where they need some in home services. My mother needs medical assistance and personal services while my dad is not able to keep up with it.

The hospital gave us information for BAYADA of Ocean County. I wondered if anyone had experience with this company or would suggest another. They have Humana Medicare to help with some of the costs.

I’m just really new to all of this and don’t know where you start. But I saw how my grandmother was given poor care years ago by an unqualified and abusive home health aide. So I want to really do my best to help them avoid something like that.
