LF Advice on a wayward Shiko deck

Deck Help

I slapped together a Shiko deck based on cards I had with the desire to have something that can interact/control a bit while blinking Shiko for benefit. Looking through cards, I found a strong draw theme with things like [[Sensei’s Divining Top]], [[Consecrated Sphynx, and [[Quantum Riddler]] so I decided to try and find payoff. Fast forward to various token generators and payoff for creature ETB, i.e. [[Thopter Foundry]], [[Improbable Alliance]] [[Agate Instigator]], [[Impact Tremors]], etc.

By the end of the process, I feel like I have too much going on; control, blink, tokens, ETB payoff. Subsequently, I’ve got two questions:

  1. Should I cut something out, or cut back on an element? By cutting out an element of the deck, I could focus and strengthen the others.

  2. Assuming I keep the deck with the current ideas, what cards could/should I cut? I have some cards I wanted to swap in but I’m struggling to make cuts at the moment. I’ll make a brief list of what I’ve considered cutting and what I’ve considered including;

Cut: [[Teferi, Hero of Dominaria]], [[Brainstorm]], [[Felidar Guardian]], [[Kykar, Wind’s Fury]], [[The Locust God]], Sensei, the Consecrated Sphynx, and anything with CMC >3 (for cards with better Shiko synergy

Add: [[Hexing Squelcher]], [[Aang’s Iceberg]], [[Twinflame]], [[Frantic Search]], [[Unstable Experiment]], [[Cryptoplasm]], [[Grand Abolisher]], [[Amphibian Downpour]]

Finally, sorry for the wall of text. I posted this a couple days ago but without cards considered but didn’t hear back. I tried giving as much of my thinking upfront in hopes of getting feedback this time around, so hopefully it helps others understand my thinking. That said, any feedback is appreciated.
