How can I get my SAT score up to a 1330 without spending money?

I’m currently stuck at 1080 and I don’t have the means to afford expensive in depth tutoring. I need to score a 1330 for a 100% Florida bright futures scholarship. Any tips? My reading is at 620 and my math score is really low at 460.
