Lumryz denied

Well my insurance denied my doctors request. So looks like I won't be switching. I am still struggling to wake up and take my second dose, amd still struggling with being sleepy all day. I think im going to ask to move to a higher single dose of Xywav, and then switch from modafinil to armodafinil. Any other suggestions or things I should push for?

For reference, I go to bed pretty strictly at 11pm and wakeup between 7-8am. I work from 9a-9p. Currently take 3g xywav at bedtime and 3g 4 hours later, then 200mg of modafinil in the morning.
