Do they care anymore?

It’s small but is very annoying however why are other versions of superstars coming out to their menu names? Like I’m in showcase mode playing Punk vs Orton and CM Punk comes out to “CM Punk ‘11” and orton “Randy Orton ‘11” I don’t ever remember that being a thing for entrances when you would pick CM Punk ‘11 from superstar selection or something their entrance the name will say “CM Punk” it’s a detail that is kind of annoying when you want to do old matches. These names should only have been for the Superstar Selection screen. 2k has no problem milking out money from us but they are not even delivering the immersion we should be having with the game.

Again I know it’s small and not something that bothers everyone but for me I like the immersion of wrestling games and that’s a detail I noticed that I never noticed in prior games (but then again I stopped buying WWE games yearly and only buy them every other year or 3 years) but to me with all the cash milking the series is having and a simple detail that isn’t cared for like this to me is going to show the huge decline in the franchise because if they didn’t care for something as small as this then what other details are they just not going to end up caring about that are bigger that I haven’t noticed yet or in future games.
