Reopened after Case Closed bc of forgotten inventory

Hi. I have extreme anxiety and I have been finding things I forgot to add after filing in my inventory like dvd’s and a gold ring probably worth $50-100 because it was stored away somewhere I forgot. I’m starting to feel that even after my case is closed I’ll never get any sense of relief because I feel like I might have missed something in inventory. Are cases needed to be reopened for things like these or does it require different criteria. I don’t want to worry that I have to email my attorney after it’s closed if I find some new thing I forgot even after going through inventory several times. Is it normal for an attorney to say not necessary to list certain small items and isn’t that perjury since petition has to be accurate day of filing and there’s no amendment . I have to take care of my special needs child and until the 341 meeting Im feeling so worried and anxious about this I just want to be a calm mom again. I really do hope some small items don’t matter if forgotten but penalty of perjury is making me physically sick. Sorry if this sounds terrible, thank you for any encouragement.
