Has anyone incorporated hypnosis into your dynamic?

I’ve been super curious about hypnosis lately-like, how do you even start? Is it all about the voice and commands, or is there more to it? My partner and I have been playing around with light power exchange, and I think hypnosis could be a fun way to deepen the dynamic. Anyone here use it regularly? I’d love to hear your experiences, especially if you’ve mixed it with other kinks. Also, do you need actual hypnosis training, or can you just wing it with confidence? 😏
