Performance is horrible for the past few months

I have a RX 6700XT and i7-11700K and i used to be able to run this game on high graphics getting 100+ fps everywhere, and now its dropping to 40fps when doing anything, ive had to lower much of my graphics to get 100 fps while standing still and even then when doing anything like flying or fighting it drops down to 80 and lower instantly, what happened with this game?
