Signs of flare ups

Hello,

I’m trying to mark signs of my potential flare ups for my doctor. Currently I think one of the signs is my knee pops (out of no where) wrong and suddenly it’s so stiff and painful walking is hard.

Does this sound like sign similar for someone out there?

What sign do you notice when you know a flare up is coming. What do you think causes the flare up?
