Just received new Lenovo and can't quite tell if the package was opened, should I immediately reinstall windows?

Wasn't really sure where to post this (I posted to /laptops as well), but what would you guys do in this situation?

Ordered direct from Lenovo and first it was delayed by a whole day ("A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be delayed by one business day.") Day of delivery it originally said 12:30 to 4:30, then changed it to 6:30, then it finally arrived at almost 8:30. It was also raining hard so when the UPS guy showed up I took a very quick look and signed. The way he was holding the box covered the ends and I didn't notice the rips. While I don't think someone could have gotten in w/o ripping it more (as I wasn't able to fully open it w/o ripping it more), I'm a bit concerned nonetheless.

Laptop itself appears untouched, but who knows.

Would you simply reinstall Windows from a usb drive to be safe, do nothing and I'm being paranoid, reach out to Lenovo even though I'm sure they won't do anything...?
