[Theory]Mercenaries will come with the Story DLC for Requiem

They withhold Mercenaries for now, because there will be another legacy character featured in the upcoming story DLC that was not featured in the main game. Likely Jill or Claire.

We have Leon, Zeno and Hunk on the male side, maybe even Victor. That leaves us with Grace and Sherry for the female side, maybe Alyssa, but she is another casual so to say, so there must be another trained lady to round things out. Jill, Claire or Ada.
