How are y'all finding friendly lobbies?

Arc Raiders turned me onto extraction shooters partially because I could curate friendly lobbies. I've been a lifelong Bungo fan so I've been excited to play Marathon.

But how the heck are y'all finding fun friendly lobbies? I'm mostly solo and try to use Prox voice and emote to let folks know I'm mostly there for quests and killing AI. But run after run I'm getting smoked or exfil camped.

Also yes, I know, git gud, skill issue, blah blahblah.
