Qn about NUS ABA achievements

if i add an achievement i don’t need a reference if i have a cert or cca record to back it up right??

and also for the achievements i don’t need to target everything towards my major of choice right if my 5 Qns is already super targeted. like eg for biz i use an art competition is it ok?
