Allow Users to Mark Favorite Parts of Songs in Playlists

I suggested a Spotify feature where people in collaborative playlists could highlight their favorite moment in a song (timestamp) and add a small note.

I think it could make shared playlists more interactive, especially when people aren't actively talking.

What do you think about this idea?
