How are we liking Javonte Williams?

I'm looking to add a solid RB that won't cost too much. Considering trying to make a move for a guy like Javonte Williams. I'm not sure what to make of him since he had a solid year last year, but a bunch of injuries still lingers in the back of my mind, and I'm assuming that's the case for other people too?

Mainly just looking to gauge the community's thoughts on him as a dynasty asset. My RB room is thin with a couple guys I don't trust, so wondering how much I should give up for a guy like Javonte. Especially since the guy that has him has a good (but old) RB room, so hoping he's willing to move on from Javonte for the right price.
