Do achievement friendly mods mark the game as Modded?

This is probably a stupid question but I can't find answers anywhere. I'm not talking about Bethesda made Creation Club I mean mods made by others that you can only get via creation club credits. I wanna get a few of the mods but I don't want the Modded tag at all. I'm on PS4 if that matters.
