how is brooklyn army terminal at pier 4 as a venue?

i’m new to new york and never been to any of the big venues yet but have been booking out concerts in the summer and i’ve managed to book 3. now that i notice all of them are at brooklyn army terminal. and im going solo to all of them

please let me know how’s the venue overall? safety wise as for someone going solo? and accessibility

also what should i expect for daytime shows that starts at 3pm

i mean the view would be great i believe
