How to lighten my skin??? Please helpp

I am done with my life. I am tired of hearing 'bohot kaali ho gayi hai' 'Dhoop me bohot rehti hai kya? ' 'face cut sahi hai bas color thoda saaf hona chahiye tha' I'm literally crying as I write this but I care it deeply affects what people say to me. I might just smile without any complains buy when I hear it, it hurts. All the childhood trauma comes back. Please help me out I wanna get lighter skin or at least the skin color I have on my upper arms.anyt help pleaseee
