Infrastructure? Top priority? Where? How? What do you Know of Infrastructure?

In the latest Overview of the State Dept., there is a seemingly random set of LEGACY requests and grants/funds to "rebuild".

I propose a REDESIGN. And completely Integrated.

I see this being Regional / Geo-based areas of like minded, self forming, groups and respective regions. Each > 100% Self-Sustainable. The excess surplus is income for the region.

The models for this are now only about shifting the way one thinks about the world, and their place in it.

If AI and emerging Tech like blockchain, IoT, etc. Etc. Merge intelligently, it will continuously design new opportunities for us to execute until we Plug it in to Reality.
