How do I get into surf fishing ?

Anybody have any YouTubers or anything they recommend? I’ve bass fished my whole life and lived about an hour from the beach. I’ve always wanted to get into salt water fishing especially surf fishing but just never really have. Really like the idea of shark fishing but I feel like it might be cheaper to get into smaller stuff at first since I’m a full time student and don’t have a lot of money.
