Student loan to pay for tuition balance

Problem/Goal: Looking for loan to pay for tuition balance

Context: Hello po, 19f 1st year college student. Ask ko lang po if may alam po kayo where kumuha ng student loan? Huhuhu I haven't paid my balance for the second semester due to unforeseen events, pero I will be working on a BPO company next next week.. and balak ko sana na mag continue pa rin sa studies ko.

Already talk to our school, unfortunately next school year pa sila tatanggap ng student aid and will be basing sa grades. Second sem was a hell for me kasi lumayas ako sa amin and I cut ties with my parents(father was verbally and physically abusive). I wasn't able to pay my balance for the whole second sem kasi nagamit ko 'yung money sa paglipat ko, I was moving from one place to another kasi walang vacant na dorm near sa school, I was homeless for a week hahaha. And kahit gustuhin ko mag transfer ng state u, need ko makuha grades ko and hindi siya i r-release as long as di ko pa nababayaran balance ko which is around 28k, and since trisem ang school if t-transfer ako medj mahirap kasi may mga subjects na hindi pa cover sa 1st and 2nd sem na sa 3rd sem pa i c-cover.

What I'm planning is mag loan ng full amount na can pay for my second and third sem tapos babayaran ko nalang monthly. May alam po ba kayo? I wasn't able to get any scholarships kasi my grades weren't that high :(
