My elder brother (M23) abuses and threatens me!

I am a student (17M). I just turned 17 a month ago barely. And my brother (23M) has always been threatening me since last 2-3 years. We also had physical fights in this topic which he obviously beated me always.

Today again during an argument he stated lines like "tu agle saal 18 ka hoga tab dekh lunga" "Tereko Tod dunga" and all.

Ig he is waiting for my minor protection of under 18yo to be end.

I don't want any issues later or nleven now. Can I do something? Any help is appreciated
