Still no period…24 months

Well it’s just like the title says. My daughter will be 2 in 4 days and I still haven’t gotten a period. With my first daughter it came back around 18 months PP so I wasn’t too concerned this time but now that we are almost at 2 years I’m worried. I already saw my OBGYN, she is doing bloodwork and will do an ultrasound if the results come back normal. But just wondering if anyone else went this long (or longer) without having a period…and everything ending up okay? I still breastfeed quite a bit.
