confused incoming y1

idk if its just my poor comprehension skills for not using my brain for the past 5 months but WHY IS THE ENROLLMENT SO CONFUSING UUHHHHHH. i see this sub got ppl talking abt the student concession card or smth and im like ?????what????????? then i go check and the website say it will come 2-3 weeks after enrollment is sucessful and im supposed to check my ichat email to confirm stuff or what?

and i cant even log in to my ichat email like i cant even get pass the enter your email page???????? the email is not even valid?????? and i go do the microsoft authenticator thing and i can get my ichat email in there so im even more confused now?

someone explain how the heck does enrollment work 😭😭😭😭
