Need some advices for btech in Cs for my younger brother

As my brother is appearing for 2nd phase of jee mains his first attempt didn't go that we'll so rn he's focusing on 2nd phase my question is are there any other exams like jee for btech from a good clg be it private or gvt but again paying 20+lakh for fee is not possible for us so can you all suggest me some entrance exam or a way to.get a good pvt or gvt clg for my brother I'm completely new to this field.
