My E& account got suspended for suspicious activity

Hi guys,

As the title says my E& Home Internet Account got suspended for suspicious activity today, I called 101 and they told me to visit e& store with EID to rectify.

I did that today 5:30PM but my service is still not restored, has anyone dealt with this and what could be the reason?
