Un-playable lag

First of all I want to say what pc specs I have AMD Ryzen 9 7900 32GB DDR5 Memory NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 1 TB SSD.

I’ve been having horrible lag while trying to play id even say it’s unplayable, I have all my graphics settings set to low and no matter what I do or change I keep lagging.

now i know the obvious check my internet, I’ve done it several times and I don’t have bad internet my download speed averages around 300 and upload is around 650

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on what I should do, check or change please tell me i enjoy the game and want to play but the lag is unbearable.
