Passport Place of Issuance in booking flight ticket

Hi guys! I know this is a noob question, but I’m about to book a flight ticket to HK from PH for my OFW father kasi magbabakasyon siya here sa Philippines. I’m confused on what to put sa passport details specifically the “Place of Issuance”. Nakalagay lang kasi sa passport ng father ko is “PE Riyadh” but there’s no option for that 😭 Do you have any idea what to put insted? I badly need your help guys haha thank you so much!!
