Grabbed a few messy screenshots of the data per round if anyone wants to delve into that too.

The Squidges had a throw away comment in their Ireland v Wales preview about Ireland having the oldest squad. This set me off on a fucking wild waste of time to try and figure out who had the oldest squad, oldest teams, and most caps.

After too many hours I have the following data points. Because of how small the sample size is and the impact outliers can have I have included mean and median. Tables indicated below, I can't guarantee the data is entirely accurate.

Biggest takeaways are:

**SQUADS**

* Scotland have the oldest and most experienced squad
* Italy have the youngest squad but Wales have the least experienced
* England and Italy have young but incredibly experienced squads, possibly pointing to a focus on
* Ireland, Wales, and France's squads median age are all the same at 27

**TEAMS**

* Scotland have the oldest and most experienced teams
* Wales the youngest and least experienced teams
* England seem to have the biggest mix of veterans and new blood
* Ireland aren't the oldest and most settled team, but they are right up there
