How difficult is to change single coils by humbuckers in a Squier Strat?

I'm learning using my spanish classic guitar, but I like to play rock so I'm planning to buy an electric very soon.

I don't know nothing about electrics, after informing myself a bit I came to the conclusion that the Squier Strat would be a nice starting point for a nice price. I've been looking at this model; which has a really nice colour, and a hard tail which I've been told is much better for the guitar to stay in tune.

But I also read that a HSS configuration could be more versatile to play rock and other music with distortion. The problem is that the HSS models I find online (like this) always have a trem.

Could someone guide me a bit? should I pick the one with HSS by default and a trem? or just buy the hardtail one and then change the coils later on? Which option do you think I will regret the less?
