Châteauroux
I've arrived in Châteauroux, but I don't like the town.
It's a typical industrial town where the buildings appear gray and dark. Tomorrow I'll explore the old town and hopefully get some worthwhile photos with my phone.
Some call it a quirk, I call it essential: My setup isn't designed for convenience, but for survival. If the self-appointed vigilante at the soup kitchen gives me a funny look because I'm using my own cutlery, he doesn't understand that autonomy begins with the smallest things.
The same goes for technology. While people nervously rush from outlet to outlet with their glass status symbols, my Oukitel WP 58 PRO is my digital anchor. It's an armored brick with more battery life than the inhabitants of Châteauroux. Even if my power bank dies—so what?
My tip for the road: Never rely on other people's infrastructure. Have your own tools, your own cup, and equipment that can withstand a fall in the dirt or a night without power. Those who depend on the system's dripping supply will wither when the tap is turned off.
